Marketing Coaching and Guidance
The Marketing Coaching and Guidance program is simply an ongoing relationship between your business and your Wingman consultant. It is a regularly scheduled meeting, typically an hour or two each month, whereby we provide advice, guidance, and coaching which helps you develop and execute your marketing plan.
The business landscape can change quickly, and your business needs to be both proactive and reactive to these changes. These coaching sessions will help you adjust your plans and are a chance to ask and answer questions, brainstorm ideas, and keep you and your team on track.
The Marketing Guidance program is available as stand-alone coaching or in conjunction with our strategic and communications planning. Any additional work that is needed as a result of these guidance meetings are at an additional cost, such as graphic design, writing, or additional planning.
